Consistency
/Usually, we change the name of our clients, to protect the innocent, but I have permission to not change this guy's name.
Today, let’s talk about Juno. Three years ago, Juno's boss threw Juno my way and he said: "Hey Laine, he is an A-lister, but he just needs a little help.”
It was great getting to know Juno. After our first call I was a little skeptical about the A-lister thing, 😉 but he has since proven otherwise.
When we first met, Juno needed some help with structuring his time, working out the kinks of communication and finding a balance between being cutthroat in sales and also being kind and professional.
Since our first meeting, his skills in these areas have improved so much, that he’s making more money and is being recognized more widely in his industry. After sitting down and assessing where his growth has come from, I noticed a common theme. I looked at all my other clients as well and found the one thread that's the same among them all:
The people who show up for their sessions every single week and are consistent, are the ones who achieve their goals the most.
I've been working with Juno for almost three years. We've had a coaching session almost every week. Do you know he has never missed one? That's rare and it also goes to show why he's been so successful.
In which areas of your life do you need consistency? It’s when we are consistent and when we show up that we have the results we're looking for.
If you are looking for more consistency in your work, let us know. We would love to help you set up rhythms that work for you.
